Roles we hire for

Personal Support Workers (PSW)

PSWs at Guardian assist clients with personal care, meals, mobility, medication reminders, and companionship. If you have PSW certification and experience working with elderly or recovering clients, we want to hear from you.

Nursing staff

We hire Registered Practical Nurses for clinical home care roles including medication administration, wound care, post-operative support, and care plan oversight. If you have specialist skills, such as in wound care, let us know so we can match you with the right clients.

What we look for in a candidate

• Current PSW certificate or nursing registration in Ontario
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with elderly and recovering clients
• Punctuality and reliability: your clients and their families count on you
• Willingness to follow a care plan and communicate with our nursing team when situations change
